Maple Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS SUB-RECIPE: Overnight Oats Base (2 servings, ~4 fl oz each)

  • ⅓ Cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ Dannon® Oikos® Greek Nonfat Yogurt, Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Skim Milk

DIRECTIONS SUB-RECIPE: Overnight Oats Base

Combine all ingredients in a pint size container; stir until well-combined. Cover and store in a refrigerator for 8 hours, or up to two days. Portion into two cup servings; enjoy.

  • ⅓ Cup Chia Seed Granola

  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS – One Serving Maple Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Layer ½ cup overnight oats into bottom of clear container cup Top with ¼ cup cinnamon apples Layer ⅓ cup granola on top Dollop 1 ½ tablespoon Dannon® Oikos® Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt on top Finish with a drizzle of 1 teaspoon maple syrup
